Cozy Winter Maternity

There is nothing more special than those days before your sweet baby comes into the world. Despite the discomforts that come with pregnancy and the not so patient patience while you wait for baby to arrive, the excitement escalates. That feeling of not knowing what to expect with full intention of everything being exactly how you hope. 

In the days that come after babe is born you will laugh because nothing is as you expected or hoped, everything is so completely different. Your whole world will have changed in a million ways and that love you never realized could be encased in your heart explodes when you look at your sweet childs face. 

But that is what makes maternity photos so perfect, they are a memory of a calm you didn't even know was there. You will look at those pictures with more love, understanding and growth than when you had the pictures taken. You will remember how big you felt, you will remember those tiny movements, you will remember the uncomfortable feeling as your stomach muscles stretched and the pressure on your bladder. You will remember the calmness as only the beginning of your love for this sweet baby began. This is why I love maternity photos so much, because they are just the beginning of a story.
